Manuscript Self-Check

  1. General Preparation
  • The manuscript is prepared using the JAZU Template, for more information please follows the Author Guideline.
  • The manuscript is original, not published or under review elsewhere.
  • The manuscript is written in clear academic Arabic or English, depending on the section.
  • The manuscript title is concise and reflects the study content.
  • The author information is complete (Full Name, Institution, Institutional Email, ORCID if available) as presented in the JAZU Template.
  • Author’s Email must be an institutional email address (such as @university.edu, @institute.org). Free emails (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail) are not accepted.
  1. Abstract & Keywords

The Abstract is between 150–200 words, summarizing:

  • Research problem
  • Objectives
  • Methods
  • Main findings
  • Conclusions
  • Keywords: 3 to 5 relevant keywords are provided (Arabic & English).
  1. Structure & Content

The manuscript includes appropriate sections:

  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • Ethical Approval (if applicable)
  • The article is relevant to one of the journal’s scopes.
  • For Arabic articles: English abstract and keywords included.
  1. Figures, Tables, and Data
  • Figures are high resolution (min 300 dpi).
  • Tables are editable and correctly formatted.
  • All figures/tables are numbered and captioned.
  • Data presented are accurate and ethically sound.
  1. References & Citations
  • References follow APA style as in journal format.
  • In-text citations match the reference list.
  • DOIs or URLs included where available.
  1. Ethical Considerations
  • The work follows ethical guidelines.
  • No plagiarism; similarity check performed.
  • Conflicts of interest disclosed (if any).
  • Ethical approval documented if required.
  1. Final Review
  • Manuscript proofread for language and format.
  • Ready for submission (DOCX/Word preferred).
  • Supplementary materials prepared (if any).
  • Submission fits journal policies and scope.
